Hasn't voted | They're a beautiful place. That's my dad's overloaded (see my mom's daypack) Palisade. | | Posted Dec 10, 2008 9:45 pm |

Voted 10/10 | +1 for the backpack! It's so hard to find that type!

Hasn't voted | The Palisade? Yeah, my dad got it at REI. He had to trade out the hipbelt to get it to fit, but he loves the pack. Course his previous one was an old external frame Jansport... | | Posted May 12, 2009 10:49 am |

Voted 10/10 | I've got an REI Rising Star Traverse pack (or something like that), and it's pretty small. Every trip I go on, I have to convince my dad, "If I try hard enough, I really can turn it into a full overnight pack." It's a challenge, but it's worth it!

Hasn't voted | Nice. That thing is pretty indestructible. It's survived at least three owners. :P I think you could definitely use it for overnights, possibly even three day trips with some careful packing. | | Posted Jun 1, 2009 10:13 pm |

Voted 10/10 | I'm gonna try it next weekend. It will not be a technical climb, so I can ditch the harness and picket, and maybe a couple of other things as well. I think I can do it!
