| There was a lot of powder snow and absolutely no ice at the ferrata. Thus the ascent was a little bit difficult, and I was very glad to have a rope for rapelling :o) All in all a fine winter adventure. | |

| Made a nice winter ascent from Oberammergau to Ettaler Manndl - Laber - Schartenkopf at -11°C and deep snow. But enjoyed a great view and nobody else without me and my 2 friends. | |

| Okay now I know what an "easy" via ferrata is. I brought some new vf gear to try out before Zugspitze but I was too embarrassed to be seen using it on such an easy route. Great little mountain that my friend and I really enjoyed. | |
