...is the perfect word to describe your pic. I'd also add the word excellent. I climbed Tam recently, in the fog. Nice to see a shot like this one.

Thanks for the compliment, Dean. Despite its mere 2.5k ft-size, Mt. Tam's probably one of the nicest highpoints out there. One the prettiest places in the Bay Area (& even along the California coast) I would say.

I've hiked that area many, many times. I've always enjoyed spending time in Marin near Mt. Tam, Point Reyes (which may be out of Marin), etc. Nice shots!
