This is a sunset photo. I was on my way to the Project Shoal Monument in the Sand Spring Mountains. I'm guessing that the monument is one of the few places in the world where you can stand at ground zero.
The Labou Flat in the foreground is a navy bombing range. It's not uncommon to see jets screaming over the flat.
