| Drove as far as I could on FR 17, which was about a mile before Carr Lake until the road was completley blocked by lingering snow. It was still a very easy hike, the snow was firm, so I was not post holing at all and even found a small use trail making its way up to the summit on the upper slopes. Great view and isolation. I was the only person around, which I'm sure is very different once summer gets underway. |
