I visited this falls in the late summer (August 2010). If you are on the hike to see the Boy Scout Tree it is well worth the extra 1/4 mile (or less) to see the falls. It is not huge or spectacular, especially in late summer when the flow is low, but it is worth the visit nonetheless because of its setting near some of the most beautiful redwood trees in the world. It is a very photographic spot as well. Thumbs up!
