| New Year's Eve hike when, while clear skies, it was cold and windy. The road to the summit was closed, so I hiked up the .7 miles from the turn off from the main road. Beautiful, yet cold. Nice way to spend New Year's Eve. | |

| Not the most interesting hike in Boulder, but still worthwhile. Crossing the road (especially now with the construction) is a real distraction, but its a quick shot up to the top and some nice views along the way. | |

| Went from Chautauqua Park up the Flagstaff Mountain trail. Enjoyable, but crossing the road six times up and six times back kind of detracted from it. Having done Green Mountain just a couple weeks ago, I preferred Green to Flagstaff--it's just as convenient but "feels" a bit more secluded. | |
