Voted 10/10 | There is no camping allowed on the island except for in established campgrounds. I would recommend Whiterock Bay over Bridger Bay because there are less RV's. | |

Voted 10/10 | I came up from Whiterock Bay on a different trail. I jumped off trail for about 10 minutes while connecting to the trail to the peak. There were some volunteer trail patrolers who saw me, called in a ranger to come and give me a ticket, and fine me $150! Oops! Needless to say, it was too early for the rangers, so I lucked out. There are about 30 volunteers that roam the trails on foot, bike, and horse. Stay on the trail! | |

Voted 10/10 | Just visited the island yesterday (1/28/2006) and it looks like they have raised the entrance fee to $9 per car for a day-use pass. | |
