Frigid Air Buttress

Frigid Air Buttress

Starting the lead of pitch 6 of Frigid Air Buttress - fingers (or mostly face) to hands to OW. A decent crack (for Red Rocks) with the OW section slightly reminiscent of Generic Crack in Indian Creek (Jan. 2006).

Re: nice

Thank you very much. I saw some photos from your recent RR trip as well - looks like you guys had a good time with nice weather? Did you like the place?

Re: nice

Yes, thanks for the suggestions you gave me earlier about RR. First time there and indeed we loved it!! We lucked out with the weather since it snowed the day after we left, but we had sunshine each day. Since it was a first time, we couldn't make sense of the approaches at times (much different than what I'm used to!) Definitely planning to go back though, there are so many long moderate climbs that all look so appealing. Looks like you love going back there as well, and I can see why!
