Frisco Peak Benchmark (UT)
When the tower complex was built atop Frisco Peak, the benchmark was relocated. The place it was relocated to was the road that wraps around the top of the mountain. Not far from this benchmark is the highest point on the peak (probably not the original highest point due to man's intervention) and one lonely witness marker, placed in a concrete slab. Also, about 150 feet to the west, there is a hang glider launching ramp and a warning sign.
This mountain would be truly exceptional if it was still in its original state.
