From above Warm Lake

In trying to follow Peggy Goldmans directions from her book of 75 Washington Scrambles, we ended up on the Klicton Divide Ridgeline at this point. My GPS said we still had 1.43 miles to go to the peak and it was at this point we stopped and turned around because we knew we wouldn't have enough time to get it (too late in the day). Next time we'll bring camping gear and use either Surprise Lake or Warm Lake as a camping spot. Incredible day but the summit will wait for another time. : ( 7-27-07
