this great ridgefrom col of Coronas to the summit of Aneto it's the arista de los descalzos (shoeless ridge), the first climb of this ridge was realized by Jauma Oliveras without boots (with "alpargatas" or sandals with a sole of plaited hemb).

Re: this great ridgeYup Rafa, he also desdended to Brecha Superior de Llosás (3.055 m), the gap to the right in the photo. On 24 July 1906 Jaume and Antoni Arenas, who was also a priest climbed Pico del Medio from Valle de Coronas, descended to Collado de Coronas and reached the summit of Aneto. They didn't take ice axe, crampons nor rope. They neither carried food so drank a bottle of coffee found on the trail. After Brecha they descended to Benasque because they had to celebrate mass the next day. Totalized 16h walking and climbing.
