One of the treats of doing Mt. Aix on a clear day is the continual view of Mt. Rainier as you ascend. It just keeps getting better and better. This shot was taken from near where the west scramble route starts. You can almost see the trail in this pic as it snakes over the hill on the right (a bit below the top)

Thanks Larry, lots of talus for sure but Mt. Aix was a neat place for Mt. Rainier views.
