From the Mosquito Pond

This is looking at Kantchee, from the Mosquito Pond. If you get to the pond, you will know why we call it the Mosquito Pond. I haven't got the courage to get any water from it yet. It is pretty marshy and the water doesn't look very clean. This is just one point you will pass on the way. You will head to the right and pick up the ridgeline that connects to Knoya from here. The path is pretty well marked. As you can see, the Mosquito Pond is dried up right now. My Lil Brother and I hiked to and climbed Tikishla just one month before this, and the pond was full.
