Frozen water everywhere

It looks like there is frozen water everywhere along this hike. I wonder if it has anything to do with this year’s mild winter and constantly switching from freezing to melting temperatures. I guess the only way to find out is to come back next year when the winter will hopefully be more like a real winter. (February 13, 2006)
