| Florence and I together with another 12 bikers went up in VTT from Laguna Grande. Way down to Valle del Rey beach was thrilling after a nice gastronomic stop in Cesar Manrique's restaurant. | |

| Florence and I headed from Laguna Grande taking the longer trail. Couple of hours to get up. Nice views of Fortaleza and Teide. | |

| Climbed Fortaleza de Chipude, then traversed Barranco del Erque and headed for Garajonay. Imperfect weather on to, Teide could only bee seen through holes in the fast moving clouds. | |
