Garalet Hill Trig-Point

When travelling around Scotland's border county of Dumfries and Galloway i had been walking about the lakes and reservoirs with my welly boots on and when i decided to walk up to the summit trig of (Summitposts Garalet Hill).
I was so comfortable in them and as the walk involved crossing a few rivers at the base i did not bother taking them off as i only had my trainers in the car with me.
