Voted 10/10 | ... of Little Bear. We saw you guys climbing up the Hourglass in the afternoon while we were descending, good job with the traverse! | | Posted Jun 7, 2004 11:03 am |

Hasn't voted | Thanks, the traverse was incredible and loaded with exposure. Looking forward to see how the Bells traverse compares. | | Posted Jun 7, 2004 11:43 am |

Voted 10/10 | I've done the Bells traverse from south-to-north, and difficulty-wise, I don't see how it could compare to the LB-Blanca traverse. For one thing, it's a much shorter ridge traverse, and judging from your pics, the exposure is less and the moves are easier. It's great fun, though, with a spectacular position between those excellent peaks! | | Posted Jun 7, 2004 1:08 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks for the info on the Bells traverse. I am planning on going up the Bell Cord couloir if snow condtions permit. Then ring South and do the traverse to North. I'll be sure to post pics after the trip :) | | Posted Jun 7, 2004 3:18 pm |

Hasn't voted | Yeah I did the Maroon Bells traverse a few weeks ago. We climbed the Bell Cord Couloir and then did the traverse South to North. It was alot of fun and we did it without a rope. Just got back from doing Capitol this weekend. Now I just have Culebra and Pikes left. | | Posted Jul 19, 2004 1:08 am |

Voted 10/10 | I would love to do this traverse some day. Those clouds on a traverse like that in Colorado would have made me really uneasy- kudos for pushing through that! What is "loams?" | | Posted Jun 17, 2004 8:44 pm |

Hasn't voted | The clouds didn't make me uneasy until I saw some lightning about .5 miles away. We climbed down off the ridge a bit and sat there until the storm passed and luckily it wasn't too bad at all. As for loam that was a typo that was supposed to say Looms. Whoops. | | Posted Jun 21, 2004 3:03 am |
