Wonderful G IV!

First time climbed by the italian party of Riccardo Cassin. Walter Bonatti and Carlo Mauri reached the summit on august 6, 1958 at 12.30. A great exploit for this alpinists that climbed the very difficlt last section ( from 7000m to 7925m ) in perfect alpine style, something that nobody had tried before.

Karakoram, Pakistan, this splendid and magnificent collection of brown and black metamorphics rocks is the most unique mountain range.
