Gem County highpoint register

Located just a few miles from Snowbank Mountain and accessible by a cross country hike from there, the highest point in Gem county is found. Located high on a ridgeline overlooking Cascade Reservoir, a cairn can be found along with a register buried in its depths. This page was the first page of the register and shows that there was some question about the actual height of the location. Also, note that this spot was important to a fellow human being, so much so that some of his ashes are scattered here.
