Getting closer to the summit...
Getting closer to the summit of Hagues Peak from "The Saddle" (September 18, 2004). John on the left is headed toward the class 3/4 route which goes straight over the high point in the photo. The hiker on the right opted for the class 2/3 route which achieves Hagues' east ridge before gaining the summit.
