| Great ascent during the perfect weather by the standard route from Zakopane. It was a warm-up climb for the climbing week in winter Tatras. Great view from the summit. The snow conditions seemed to be a bit unstable on the burning sun, so we have hurried down. | |

| We were on the school trip and didn't want to waste the time in the city ( Zakopane ) so three of us climbed the mountain. Unfortunately our teacher gave us only 5h time so we could not climb Kopa Kondratowa. Weather was great. | |

| Thankful pilgrimage to the Giewont summit ,very nice trip though crowd again high up there ... -------- Though it is rather an easy tourist climb ,watch out for exposed and very slippery last rocky meters under the summit ! | |

| Two times: Kondratowa- Giewont- Strazyska August 08 1997 Very crowded.....few minutes in queue before climbing the summit pyramide.Descent to Strazyska Valley. May 29 2011 After the first ascent I promised myself never to summit Giewont any more. 14 years later I broke the promise. Fair weather but fantastic day at all. With Teresa. | |
