Glissade | [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
Colorado fourteeners are very popular with climbers in the summer, so I started climbing the easier ones during winter months to avoid crowds. Glissading is so much fun.... Comments[ Post a Comment ] | Deltaoperator17 | Nice | |
Hasn't voted | I hadn’t tried glissading in years, just last month on Mt Adams I tried and invented a new technique- I call it GlisSLEDding, that’s where a big guy like me plows down the mountain and ends up with a 300 lb snowball between your knees and bum... very cold.

Voted 10/10 | I tried it on some of the red sandstone here
in Arizona, and it doesn't work as well.
Way too much friction on the rear end !!! | | Posted Jul 23, 2009 12:09 am |
