| Fun climb! I never thought I'd do this one - it always looked so intimidating - but so glad I did. That is some seriously loose scree above the cliffs. Poles recommended! | |

| A great climb on a very hot day. The sun warmed up the snow so quickly that we could actually set off small wet slides with a kick to the top of the snowpack. We were happy to stick mostly to dry ground. | ||

| September 2007 Climbed with a group of four GPI employees on a perfect September day. That was a hot summer. Beautiful mountain, but our day was pretty sketchy. Very scary rockfall situation descending the diagonal chute. One of our party got way too far ahead of the group and was very nearly killed by falling rock. We ended up coming down very slowly, one by one, and had to finish down climbing in the dark. I learned a lot from this one. | |

| Went up diagonal scree gully and came back the standard west face route. Also did Matahpi. Perfect clear sunny day. The views were amazing! | |

| Climbed up the diagonal chute with Natalee Rowe and Jeff Street in celebration of Chris Street and Howard Stone. Incredible Climb, much looser near the top than I was expecting. Saw a Golden Eagle gliding and diving and circling the summit. Started to snow at the top and snowed all the way down. One of the most rewarding and satisfying climbs I've done in the park. GRD. | |

| started on the normal route but missed the diagonal scree gully and ended up doing a mixed ice and snow gully in the middle of the west face.(note: general mountaineering axes not good for vertical ice.) also soloed in Aug. 03' | |

| Climbed Standard West Face route as the gully was full of snow. The scree was awesome! The favorite so far! July 21, 2010...West face route with Bret and echoguy. the nasty gully is chock full of snow. | |

| Hit this one on my multi-mountain summit quest back in 1988. Very enjoyable, but lots of talus and scree, moreso than most Glacier mountains. | |

| One of the loosest mountains I have ever climbed and ever hope to climb. Rocks going everywhere - heads up! The climbing was great though once we got in the cliff bands. | |
