Fantastic series of photos you have uploaded the last few days! Full of lovely green grass, blue skies, dark rock and bright snow!

My windows background supply has doubled in size ;-)

Thanks for sharing with us!

I've seen of the Granta Parey. You have caught the best view by zooming in on the glacier bottom across the lake.

...but very sad from glaciar point of view :-(( ..I have been in that place many years ago (probably 15-20, I was very young) and remember that there was an hight ice wall in fromt of lake, the glacier has really changed:-(
...I should have some pictures at home.....
Bye
Marco

"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."   --Calvin Coolidge
