Utah's paradox formation rises above the San Juan River like a chocolate
These "entrenched meanders" of the San Juan twist through rocks that are
up to 300 million years old.
Camping is allowed free of charge at the viewpoint, and although there are
few facilities, this is a great place to spend the night.
Visitors can park just a few feet away from the cliff edge and gaze down
onto the river - 1,000 vertical feet below!
