Gordon Peak Climbed
Gordon Peak Climbed with my son Ben, and grandson Gabriel West. We made our ascent via the boulder field that extends down the west side to near the blue water tower. We made it to the top of Cooper Peak first and then descended across the saddle southward and up to Gordon Peak. A lot of boulder hopping.
Route Climbed: From end of county road directly to the west. Date Climbed: 1977
My dad and I climbed Gordon Peak which involved mostly light scrambling and some bouldering. In 1977 we did not ask permission to cross into private property to access this mountain. Would not advise such today.
