Started the new year with a hike across Cuchillo de Ezquen to Gran Montaña. Very windy but cloudless.

Second Day, lots of summits
Hiked from Betancuria to Morro Velosa and from there across the long ridge with half a dozen (or more summits) to Gran Montana. Not as green as last time around but still a wonderful experience.

Second ascent
Climbed Gran Montaña for the second time in a week, this time across the knife edge, Cuchillo de Esquén. Good hike in unstable weather. Not much of a view on top.

Christmas Hike
Traverse of the Betancuria Range on Christmas eve with Gran Montaña as the destination. Wonderful since Fuerteventura's desert was covered in a thin green layer of newly grown plants.
