| During a day which I had done multiple CoHPs in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I visited this peak. This mountain is worthy of a hike, which is short but enjoyable.
With that said, the fact that a "range" has been created on SummitPost is quite possibly point-bagging at its lamest aspect. Most of the named summits in the so-called "range" are nothing more than indistiguishable hills and really not worthy of SummitPost (IMO). With that said, Great Blue Hill is the exception due to it being the highest point in eastern Massachusetts as well as a CoHP. Great Blue Hill is definitely worth a SP page and a visit. |
