Re: NiceThanks-- this was such a beautiful area. I liked it so much that I'm even half-considering looking at homes that are literally about a five-minute drive from Red Rocks. Even though they have smaller lots and are more expensive than the places we have been looking at, it might be worth it to back up to a conservation zone and look at Red Rocks from your windows every day, not to mention being close enough to ride a bike or even walk to get there.

Re: NiceNo, only home. If we could afford two homes, we'd have one in the SW for the winter and another in Montana for the summer. I guess we could afford two small homes, but with the kids, we need more space, and space isn't cheap!

Re: NiceMy wife & I had the opportunity to look over
the 'Blue Diamond' area. I was really
surprised of its proximity to Red Rocks, yet
it has ground cover and trees that give it a
"parkland like" feel.
