An evening hike out on Sulfur Bank Ridge
After the heavy dry summer of massive fires and burnt out mountain sides the wet cloak of winter has fallen on the Clear Lake area. Some green is appearing and the skies were fresh with clouds on this afternoon with a nice sunset.
It will be interesting to see how the huge swath of black barren slopes on Cobb and Boggs Mtns. will begin to recover as spring arrives.
