Big views for little effort  Sucess!

I saw Mt. Shasta, Mt. Ashland, Wagner Butte, the Table Rocks, but not from the actual summit, which is surrounded by tall fir trees.

Family Fun  Sucess!

Took the family up and enjoyed the great trail. It does however, NOT have any great views to speak of.

Visited a friend in Ashland and we went up here to catch some fresh air and the sunset. Nice, quick trip.

Beautiul day on Grizzly  Sucess!

Enjoyable hike. Much better than I expected really. The views were good and it was a great way to spend a couple hours.

Loop trail  Sucess!

It is an easy trail and kind of fun. Missed the rattlesnake, though. Jill made me walk in front through that section. Need to get a dog to hike with as I don't like being the snake bait.

Route Climbed: Grizzly Peak Loop Trail/Trailblazing to summiit Date Climbed: January 26, 2006  Sucess!

Snowshoed this one with my friend Brett. It was much harder to reach the summit this time, although not too bad. Definately felt like I had to work for it, unlike in the summer. Followed the trail for most of the way and then decided to climb uphill to the summit since my GPS told me where it was.

Route Climbed: Grizzly Peak loop trail Date Climbed: July 14, 2005  Sucess!

Summited, although no great feat to be able to do so. Nonetheless, this was an enjoyable hike with some pretty great views for the small amount of effort.
