Originally planned on Rainbow Wall via Juniper Canyon, but big winds brought about a change in plans, and I had to content myself with Gunsight Notch Peak.

Traverse from Gunsight Notch
Definitely a fun trip with Bob. Gunsight Notch to Juniper Pk traverse. We explored routes to possibly get to Ramp Peak but only saw big air after Juniper.

I climbed this one with Robert Tanner. We had planned to climb Crimson Chrysalis but it was too crowded; there was a line at the bottom. He led the climb, set protection and I cleaned the route coming up after him. This was my first roped, multi-pitch climb with someone. A very memorable climb, great weather, and a bit crazy coming down in the dark.

First here, then Juniper Peak
Up GN canyon, over to the peak, then over to Juniper Peak, then down Juniper canyon. Lots of ice in Gunsight Notch canyon, but not enough to prevent progress or make it dangerous.

Fun workout
Straightforward class 2/easy class 3 up Gunsight Notch Canyon. Lots of beautiful pools and waterfalls!
I don't remember the date, but it was this past winter when I was off for the morning and had some time. Up and down via Juniper Canyon.

Route Climbed: Juniper Canyon Date Climbed: early summer 2005I really enjoyed this route. Very quick, rather direct, and quite fun.
Also returned in early 2007 and climbed it from the backside.
