Area and Trail information

These pictures are from the Hall Lake Trail, which is a loop trail west of Hall Lake in the Yankee Springs Recreation Area. Yankee Springs is located in Barry County, south of Grand Rapids in the western lower peninsula of Michigan.

This trail has a trailhead and parking area located on Gun Lake Road in Yankee Springs.

Also, part of the Hall Lake Trail runs concurrently with the North Country Trail (a national scenic trail).

The Hall Lake Trail has a spur that goes to the top of Graves Hill, though there's no view.
