Nice page, this peak has one of the best views in the entire San Juan's. I don;t know about Grizzly Gulch being more senic, American Basin was one of the most senic basins I've been in.

Decent page...I think a picture of Handies itself would be more appropriate for the signature photo than the view from the top. Some spring/winter climbing info would be nice as well (I would argue there is no such thing as a "climbing season"...maybe a "popular season for climbing"). It seems to me a lot of your pages are cookie-cutters of each other and could use more unique information.

Thanks for the comments- I have tried to incorporate them into the page. I have changed the signature photo and also the reference to summer climbing season. I would also direct your attention to the trip report for the page, for there are references to encountering snow and postholing on this report. As far as "cookie cutter" I try to make each page specific as to routes, trailheads and special considerations. However, I do include the important section on lighting on all the pages. Yes, it might be redundant to somebody who sees all my pages- but my concern is that somebody may only look at one specific mountain that they plan to climb, and I want to make sure that information is there. Otherwise they may never see it and may not be prepared for the conditions they might encounter.
Great page with lots of information, however in the opening paragraph you state that Handies is one of the easiest climbs in the Sawatch range. Last I checked Handies is in the San Juan range ;^)

Handies
You are so right. I am surprised I have never been called on that before now! I think I had Huron on the mind when I posted that. TIP: Don't post if you have been drinking beer lol.
