Fogged in...  Sucess!

Camping at Kirby Cove, hike up from there to the top, which was totally fogged in. No view, but still an enjoyable hike.

Walked from south end of the Golden Gate  Sucess!

Bridge-side was socked in, so a return trip is on my list. Got horribly sunburned through the fog...

Kicked to the curb

Totally defeated by government red-tape. The top of the hill was roped off for "environmental" reasons. Settled for stunning views one level below the top.

PRO TIP: Go early morning for great photos and no crowds.

Marin Peakbagging  Sucess!

After visiting Mt. Livermore in the AM came over here. Not a huge fan of Marin but those views are tough to beat.

Great Views

Drove to the top with my family, vacationing in California, when I was a kid. I think that this was the first mountain I ever went to the top of.

Hiked once

Can't remember when. Road biked up there many times. A great view.

Great Place for Romantic Wine  Sucess!

There is a cement slab left over from a military installation, with a railing, that makes a great place to sit, hang your feet, take pictures & enjoy a nice bottle of wine. Been here many times, and brought many people here, including family from Guatemala; everybody loves the view.
