Hayfork Bally is an easy drive up located in northern California west of Redding. The peak is back in the mountains and you need to have a good map to find the right roads to get to the summit. Like I said, it is a drive up and you can park right next to a beautifully manned fire lookout. The highpoint is just a short distance away on a rock pile. 9/2/2005 I tagged Cottonwood and Bonanza King on the same day. Images
