Its better from Patterdale

Great Photo but it's a more interesting climb from Patteredale

Cheers Pete, I'll try it from Patterdale next time.

I'm back in the lake district in July to walk Scafell Pike,

what route would you suggest.

Hi Derwyn

A bit late in replying but my favourite route to Scafell pike is the coridor route either from Wasdale Head or

from Seathwaite although the route from the Langdales Rossit pike and Great end is the one I have done the most. They are all in Wainwright's Southern Fells. Hope this reply is not too late. Anyway enjoy!!!
