This is a beauty - very nice work! Who gave it 3 stars??

From this series it is obvious that there's no snow yet in the Olympics. I knew the snowpack was in horrible shape, but I couldn't imagine that it was this bad! Wow!!

Thanks for your kind comments. I just happened to have one picture left when I saw this shot:) Yeah, the Olympics are lacking snow so far, although Mt Rose had nearly two feet near the 4,000 ft level. This weekend their expecting a big storm though so the snow will increase. Happy climbing!

This is fantastic. IMHO, this is worthy of photo of the week. Maybe there is some rule that to be a photo of the week, a mountain must be in the picture. If so, I can understand, but think a photo can be so good, maybe exceptions should be made. This would be such a shot. Great job.

I didn't think this picture of a foggy forest would be so popular on a mtn site. I thought it was beautiful though and that's why I posted it. Thanks for your comments:)

I think some of my best shots have been the ones that didn't look too amazing at the time I took them. This one is just incredible, you nailed it and I'm so glad you posted it. A+

Thanks for the comments. I'm really surprised my forest pic made it on for Photo of the week, not being a mtn photo. Happy Climbing!

Shure you didn´t copy paste a picture from a snapshot of lord of the rings?

Just kidding... :)

Excelent shot. Its the pictures that we don´t expect to be beautiful, that makes worth the trip, givin´ something suprisingly beautiful to remember.

Don´t stop ascenting and keep running the camera...
