| Splattski and I did a one day round trip from the Henry's Fork campground starting with a 3:45 AM headlamp departure. JP added the summit of South Kings to his list while I napped on Kings and waited a little over an hour for him to make the round trip. We made it back to the car at 6:00 PM. | |

| Only bit of advice is to take note of where you come out of the steep chutes on the traverse south of the pass on way up, so you can hit it right if you elect to come down this way. We did just fine, but it is easy to see how someone could miss the easier chutes through the cliff band. | |

| I don't know anybody who has did the entire route to Kings summit & back in a day. Best to camp just northwest of Dollar Lake, but watch out for the moose. | |
