Great hike. I left my truck at Snowbird, climbed Sunset peak with family, then climbed Mount Baldy, Hidden Peak, and returned to Snowbird via Gad Valley.
Went over the summit on my way from Baldy to American Forks Twin Peaks.

Hiked up Peruvian Gulch then the Ridge Trails with my cousin Justin. We got half way to the American Fork Twin Peaks before turning around an setting our sights on Mount Baldy.

Summiting Hidden Peak was not the plan. Got mixed up (no map)on the roads in Gad Valley while trying to climb AF Twins.

Unaware
Parked at the Cecret TH at Alta, went up and over Sugarloaf, down into Mineral Basin, then up to Hidden. Didn't realize at the time the name of the peak, or it's significance. Just knew it was the spot where the Snowbird tram led. Got to top just as sun was setting. Beautiful.

Man the hike from the tram was a killer. but i made it. then went west to white pine and back down the the road and hitch hiked back up to the lodge.

FRom Hidden Peak, we went to AF Twins via the knife edge, then took the ridge to Red Baldy. Then went down via White Pine Lake and hitch hiked back up to the lodge.

The Hard Way
The harder way from the Alta parking lot... Started with a short snow climb up the "Eddie's High Nowhere" couloir, then along the ridge to the base of Baldy and around the back to Hidden Peak. Nice change of scenery from the Cecret Lake approach.

Few different times
I have hiked this at least three different times, I don't remember the exact dates. I hiked it with my grandma and cousins.
The travesty on top has completly turned me off from doing Bullion Divide.

Today was my fourth time climbing to this peak. Today was a snowshoe affair with Mt. Baldy thrown in for good measure. Started from the Peruvian Express lift. Earlier in this winter we climbed the west Snowbird ridge, hit Am. Fork Twins and then went to the peak for a tram ride down. Climbing ascents #5 & 6 on 8-5 and 8-6-08, one from AF Twins and the other via the Peruvian Gulch trail. Been here so many times as part of ridge runs. #10(?)+ 7-20-10 From Snowbird Center. Of course, took the tram down! :) #11 2-22-12 Snowshoed from the Activities Ctr on the Peruvian side of the resort. 40mph winds along the route - lucky to catch the tram down. #12 5-22-12 After Mt. Baldy; took the north ridge route down. Nice consolidated snow on which to tromp. #13 & #14 7-10 and 7-12-12. The tenth w/ Brent as part of Bullion Divide from Red Baldy, the the 12th with Heavyweight Bob B., my old Air Farce chum. From Iron Blosam Lodge via Peruvian Gulch and Ridge Trails. #15 7-23-12 Led portion of CFA group up via Ridge Trail from Snowbird Centre in 1+30. Just beat a mountain downpour of gigantic proportions! #16 Solo 8-20-12 A "just for fun" sprint from entry 2 parking slot to add on to another hike which was aborted due to a fellow hiker's injured calf. #17 7-4-13 Celebration of Independence Day. #18 and #19 7-9-13 and 7-11-13 in combo w/ Red Top from White Pine, AF Twins, Mt. Baldy. Nice tram ride down. #20, 21, 22, 23 on 8-27-13 & 9-17-13 in 6-mile r/t from Level 2 parking at the Bird, then to Hidden, Baldy, Sugarloaf, Baldy and back to Hidden for the tram ride. Bullion Divide
Climbed as part of the Bullion Traverse. Started at White Pine TH. Up white pine to White Baldy, Red Baldy, Red Top Mtn, American Fork East, West, and South Peak, Hidden Peak, Mt. Baldy, Sugarloaf, then down to Alta.
I have been there many times on skis and once with a bike, but I didn't feel good about signing the log until I had gotten there without the tram. Did it as part of the Bullion Divide.

Bullion DivideClimbed as part of the Bullion Traverse. Started at White Pine TH. Up white pine to White Baldy, Red Baldy, Red Top Mtn, American Fork East, West, and South Peak, Hidden Peak, Mt. Baldy, Sugarloaf, then down to Alta.

Obvious PeakI have been there many times on skis and once with a bike, but I didn't feel good about signing the log until I had gotten there without the tram. Did it as part of the Bullion Divide.

Hidden Peak ChallengeRan the Hidden Peak Challenge from the base of the Tram to top of Hidden Peak. Took 1:11:49, and I almost got beat by a 10 year-old girl!
