Quick stop on our multi-day hike from Pennsylvania to Harper's Ferry. The sun was shining, skies were blue and the views were incredible.

My wife and I stopped here for a snack on our way to finishing up the portion of the AT in Maryland. We started it in February 2011 and were finishing up from Wolfsville Road to the PA Route 16.

Been through hereHiked through here several times in the 70's and later; mostly in the fall when the leaves were changing!

too hazyClimbed from the north. Very steep but many switchbacks made it easier. Very hazy on top. Gonna have to do it again!
