| forgues9999 | Glacial Retreat Date Climbed: Jul 14, 1975 | |
| I visited this glacier in 1975 and again in 2008. The rate of glacial retreat has accelerated. The distance to walk to get to the lip has receded approx half a kilometer. There are still naysayers about the true impact of humans on global warming, but glacier volume reduction worldwide cannot be argued. Nice spot to visit. Cheers! | |
