Fleshj27Up and down...often  Sucess!

Okay, we're not talking K2 here, but I DID leave 50 pounds of Fleshj27 on these trails and dropped my blood pressure by 30 points. The plan was simple yet elegant, don't eat too much and hike EVERY night.

Now if I could just quit smoking!
