House Rock Lookout Shelter
The shelter at the top of House Rock, located southeast of Mount Saint Helens. This Adirondack three-sided shelter was constructed during 1935 before being eventually abandoned. According to Ray Kresek (04/20/15), the actual Osborne firefinder was positioned on a stump in front of the shelter and not from within it.
