Absolutly.....A truely beautiful shot of the desert enviroment. All it is missing is 4 feet of snow. Happy trails out there.

Re: Absolutly.....Sorry, I have to go against the grain by sayin' that I really don't care for snow anymore.
When snow is lacking, I discover that "trails" are much easier to find and even more easier to follow.
I realize that most people on Summitpost are
"addicts" to winter mountaineering and
extensive route-finding, which is very good
(for them) and I'm glad they're challenging
themselves in the Great Outdoors.
But ... I can do without the wet and white
stuff. Even though it's fun to look at in
travel magazines and Christmas cards.

Re: Absolutly.....Say it aint so Larry.....dont diss the snow. What did it ever do to you? And I gotta disagree....trails are easier to find in the winter do you know why? In the winter time you are the creator of the trail. Happy Holidays Larry.
