| We had arrived in Chamanna Coaz the day before, to start touring and climbing in the Bernina area for a couple of days. Early in the morning the weather wasn't very promising, so we postponed our departure from the hut for a few hours. Once the rains stopped, we packed up and went out, and eventually it turned into a nice sunny day. | |

| With a weather not very promising the idea was just to go to the Engadine valley and try anything. Then at the cable car station we decided: why not try the Caputschin? It is a long free-ride in the secret roseg valley. Then from Corvatsch down to the Roseg Valley and to the Coaz-Hut. then directly up. Back from the other side. | Climbed this from Sils Maria out of the Fex Valley - 5 hours up and 4 down. A fun scramble and not too hard. This is the route of the first ascensionists and includes no snow travel. | |
