Grats on overcoming your anxieties on heights! 'Ridgewalking' is one of the most rewarding, exhilerating, and breathtaking parts of mountaineering in my opinion! Sounded like the descent was leg-breaking hell! Hate post-holing!!! =(

Thanks so much for the motivating comments! Yes, I found the bit of exposure (and views) incredibly exciting and will be seeking out more "ridgewalks" this summer and less of the standard routes. Ciao! =D
