Thanks Nelson, this ridge was a special place, loose rock everywhere, but that is the Canadian Rockies. The 4 in our party had split up because of the loose rock and just soloed the face. At the end, 2 of us were on the best side of this notch (heading towards the summit) and the other 2 were on the not so good end. Climbing down, up and out of it was not much of an option, so we did some rigging. Fun Trip!

""You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know.""   --Rene Daumal
