IU Trekkers ascend a rock rib... [ Sizes: Orig | Small | Thumb ]
IU Trekkers ascend a rock rib...
IU Trekkers ascend a rock rib outcropping. This picture is deceiving as there is 80 feet of exposure on both sides of this formation (you would fall through trees on the right side if you were to slip). This enjoyable scramble is on the Southwest Ridge route of Mount Morrison, part of the larger The Son of Mount Morrison Marathon route, a "sequel" to last year's Mount Morrison Marathon. Summer, 2004. Digital photo by Aaron Johnson

"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."   --Ernest Hemingway
